What kind of support am I entitled to?

You can contact us for VPS issues regarding:

  • Network connectivity. Please check the announcements page in the client area before creating a ticket.
  • Server performance. Please check the announcements page in the client area before creating a ticket.
  • SolusVM CP issues. If you experience problems with any SolusVM functionality, please open a ticket.
  • OS templates. If you notice any bugs/issues with the OS templates, please open a ticket.


This list covers the base areas of what we can offer support for. Anything that we did not install or setup for the client, is the client's responsibility and may not be given support for.
